FAQ's

  • What are your policies around vaccines & spay/neutered dogs?

    • We require all dogs be up to date with Rabies, DHP, and Bordetella vaccines

    • All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months

  • How do I get started?

    • All dogs start with a half-day evaluation (up to 4 hours). You pick the day and drop-off/pick-up times. We integrate our new friend into the pack at a pace that feels right for them. Get started here.

  • My dog eats lunch and takes her medicine at 1pm every day; can you maintain that schedule?

    • We sure can! We keep detailed records of your pups feeding and any allergies or medications

  • I worry about daycare because my dog has luxating patella. Do you do anything to ease the risk?

    • Yes! This was one of our biggest concerns when opening a little dog daycare and the reason we put rubber flooring in all our indoor play areas. Most dog daycares have concrete floors which are slippery and unforgiving to our pups' joints.  We knew we had to add rubber flooring because it greatly reduces slipping and impact on the joints. It also helps reduce noise while the pups are in full zoomie mode.

  • My dog is only 5 lbs. - will he be able to utilize the play equipment?

    • Absolutely! ALL our play equipment and lounging areas are size appropriate.

  • Do you have multiple rooms or different play areas?

    • Lil Doggie Den consists of 3 different play areas. The Zoom Room where most of the dogs spend much of their day getting all the zoomies out, with breaks in-between. The Zen Den, for those older or mellow pups or when a dog needs a break from the pack or some one-on-one time. The Outside Yard - Weather permitted, we like to spend as much time outside as possible because the dogs love it. In the summer we have misters and a doggy pool, with fresh water daily. In the winter we have a covered tent to keep the pups dry.
